Well, looks like Google changed the finance API's again.. I had to make a couple of quick fixes... Also note, that you may have to install this more than once for it to take. I honestly don't know why, but on my G1, I had to install it twice to get a successful install.
As soon as Cupcake is released, I'll provide a 1.5 API version as well.
Graphs are back when you click a specific stock from the list and get it's specific details.

Go figure
I have no idea... it didn't work, now it does... I changed nothing. Strange thing was that even the emulator didn't work. But guess what, as of today, it's back working... Very strange. It was failing where I created the XML parser, but I was using standard Java functions. Hmm, did Google break and then fix something? Doesn't make a huge amount of sense, but stranger things have happened. Anyway, let me know if stops again, I'll keep looking to see what is causing it.

Hmm - something changed
All, I'm looking in this problem where the Stock Ticker applet won't update. I don't have a solution yet.
More as I do...

Google issue
Note, something changed, the Dow Jones Industrial ticker symbol needs to be dji instead of .dji
Make that change and all will work again

Version 1.5.3
Thot of one quick update. I select all the default symbol in the add new symbol window so you don't have to backspace to delete it, this allows you to either hit enter to accept the default or to just start typing the new symbol and it will erase the old one.

Version 1.5.2
No significant changes, just re-built the application with the Release 2 of the Android SDK and added support for OI Update - at least I think I did :).

Penny Stocks
I keep getting comments to add this or that type of stock. Penny stocks are also available. Just enter the symbol that http://finance.google.com says to use for the particular stock you are looking for. For example. aepw is the penny stock for the Asia Electrical Power International Group, Inc.
